How to Reset Your Password
- Click the Having trouble logging in link.
- Enter your email address into the textbox and click the Reset password button.
- You will now see the below message.
- Shortly afterwards, an email will be sent to the address you provided in the previous step, containing a link to change your password. Check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received the email.
- Click on the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.
What to do if you are experiencing difficulty
If you have followed the above steps and you are still experiencing difficulty resetting your password, please contact our support desk on [email protected].
Access Levels
What are access levels?
Access levels within Calculate Projects allow companies to restrict their user’s Calculate access to specific areas across two levels. For example, an operator may wish to grant users access to a specific asset or even a specific area or work scope on that asset. All users who share an access level have the ability to review all information relating to it (e.g. joints, work packs, documentation etc.)
How do I create access levels?
Access levels can not be created by Calculate users, but will be administered upon request by our support team.
How do I set my default access level?
Users who have access to multiple levels can set a default level in User Preferences.
- From the Calculate landing page, click the Settings icon (2 cogs) in the navigation ribbon to the left.
- Click the Core tab. This will load a list of the core settings used in Calculate.
- Use the pull down menus to set the default for access level 1 and 2 (if they have been made available to you).
- When you have finished, click the Save Preferences button.
Tip: if you decide not to change access levels, click the Discard Changes button.
Standardised Context Menu
We’ve made most actions available to users wherever they view a pack or tag, you don’t have leave the pack to perform an action, for example:
- Adding joints to the pack
- Duplicating the pack
- View documents linked to a pack
Common actions such as downloading a report are now consolidated in a Downloads sub-menu.
Integrated Dashboards
Not enabled by default, asset55 can build advanced custom dashboards specific to client or project requirements and accessed directly from with Caclulate.
Dashboards can reference and calculate project or customer specific data not held directly in Calculate such as construction normative data for work pack planning and execution.
Access can be controlled to limit dashboard to different users.
Contact support or your account manager to discuss this feature.
Users with this feature enabled can access the integrated dashboards from the main menu bar on the left of the screen.
If the user has access to more than one report, the drop-down list will list the options. Users can choose from a selection of dashboards which have been preconfigured for their project or company.
- Use the Full Screen button to maximise the dashboard on the screen.
- The tabs at the bottom of the report can switch between report pages.
- The pull out on the right can be used to apply report filters.
