Overview

The document markup tool can be accessed from both the Documents section and from tags linked to documents.

To open the markup tool from Documents, navigate through the folders to find the desired document and select the Markup option from the context menu.

To access the markup tool from a tag, locate the tag linked to the document, select View, navigate to the documents tab, and choose Markup from the context menu of the linked document.

Each method allows users to easily begin marking up their documents for further editing and review.

Open Document Markup

You can open the document markup tool from documents or from a tag that is linked to a document.

Open Doument Markup from Documents

To open document markup from documents:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Documents.
  2. Click on the folder and any subfolders that contains the document you want to markup by clicking on the folders names.
  3. Find the document you want to markup, go to the context menu, and click Markup.

Open Doument Markup from Tags

To open document markup from a tag linked to a document:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Tags.
  2. Find the tag that is linked to a document that you want to markup, go to the context menu, and click View.
  3. Click on the documents tab and you will see the linked documents.
  4. Find the document you want to markup, go to the context menu, and click Markup.
